Casabetta “Felsina” and Casabetta “Bononia” are two charming flats one next to the other located in Bologna’s Old town, with the main access in Indipendenza Street (one of the most central roads of the whole city). They are only 500 meters away from the town’s main square “Piazza Maggiore” and on the opposite direction, only 300 meters from the city’s Main Train Station. Moreover, just in front of the building you can find the stop of the direct bus to “Fiera”, Bologna’s Fair and Exhibitions center.
“Felsina” was renovated in February 2020, whereas “Bononia” in February 2023.

Felsina:
The apartment consists of a LIVING-ROOM, equipped with a couch (convertible in a double-sized bed) and an armchair (convertible into a single bed).
A sunny KITCHEN, equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a dish-washer.
A quiet BEDROOM overlooking the courtyard, equipped with a double bed.
A BATHROOM, equipped with a broad shower cabin and a practical bidet.

Bononia:
The apartment consists of a LIVING-ROOM, equipped with a couch (convertible in a single-sized bed).
A very sunny KITCHEN, equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a dish-washer.
A quiet BEDROOM overlooking the square “Piazza 8 Agosto”, equipped with a double bed.
A BATHROOM, equipped with a broad shower cabin and a practical bidet.

Each apartments is equipped with 2 flat screen CABLE TVs, AIR-CONDITIONER, underfloor HEATING, FREE Wi-Fi and provides guests with freshly SANITIZED SHEETS and TOWELS (supplied by Christeyns’ SANOXY system).

Both apartments are easily reachable by car as well: 50 meters away from the main entrance there is a big, monitored COVERED PARKING. The parking is accessible with the Telepass system and NOT included in the city’s limited traffic area.
